Manage operative data per site

It is now possible to view and edit operative data specific to individual sites.

The operative data fields per site that can now be managed are:

• User type
• Access groups
• Valid from
• Valid to
• Site organisation
• Basic trade
• Mode of transport
• Distance to site
• Secondary journeys (mode of transport, distance to site, postcode)
• Site specific custom fields

New operative reportable fields for journey data

The following new fields have been added to Biosite reports that provide operative field selections:

• Mode of transport
• Distance to work (km)
• Secondary journey mode of transport
• Secondary journey distance to work (km)

The reports including these new options are:

• Accreditation
• Automatic clockout
• Biosite registration
• Daily access (complete/summary)
• Individual user
• Rollcall
• Total hours worked
• User by postcode
• Users
• Weekly access (complete/summary)

Fixes and Improvements

• The options in the Mode of Transport fields are now capitalised in the field selections and in reports.
• Show the last time the operative was seen on site when editing an operative's site information
• Rename 'remove' to 'uninvite' in operatives list of sites when they have not yet been enrolled to that site
