Fixes and Improvements

• Added extra logic for when to show sensitive fields on the "More information" section when merging operatives
• Fixed an issue where not all GQA qualifications were auto verifying via SmartCheck
• Added padding above the message panels shown on the qualifications tab of the operative profile
• Notify users on login that from the 22nd of July all passwords must be at least 12 characters long
  • This message has since been removed, and minimum requirements have not updated
• Site induction invitations from all operatives being merged are now kept after completing a merge
• Mark induction steps as incomplete when an operative's online induction training course expires.
