Holding pen rules report

The holding pen rules report allows reporting on the holding pen rule configuration across sites.

Users will require the Holding pen rules report permission to generate the report.

The report is located in the Settings reports menu.

Configuration

The report is automatically configured to report on all sites that the user is permitted to access.

Report

The report provides a summary overview of the number of sites configured with each option available.

The report shows information for the rules:

• Sites using holding pen
• Sites matching enterprise holding pen rules
• Sites using failed competency requirements
• Sites using enforce briefing due dates
• Sites using site induction not met
• Days not seen
• Sites using expired credentials
• Sites using expired training
• Sites using missing mandatory training

CSV

The CSV export provides a detailed breakdown of the configured rules for each individual site.

The CSV includes the following information:

• Region hierarchy of the site
• Site name
• Last updated time of the site's holding pen rules
• Matches enterprise holding pen rules
• Holding pen enabled
• Failed competency requirements
• Enforce briefing due dates
• Site induction not met
• Number of days not seen
• Expired credentials
• Expired training
• Missing mandatory training
• Zones the holding pen is enabled for on the site
