To grant users access to enter the site through the turnstiles, they must be enrolled on the Site PC. There are two methods for adding a user to the site:
Add a User with an Induction Code:

Add a User without an Induction Code:
- Refer to the Site PC - Add/Verify User - Add a user without an induction code user guide for step-by-step instructions.
Additionally, after taking someone’s fingerprints, you may encounter multiple profiles associated with the same person. It’s crucial to merge these profiles promptly. The Site PC - Add/Verify - Users - Merging profiles guide provides full instructions on how to do this.
Merging profiles is essential to support Biosite’s ‘one person, one profile’ capability.
