This feature is located within the Access Rules within Access Control tool.
Users with Can Change Site Configuration permission are able to manage access groups for the sites they are permitted to access.
Access Groups
The access groups screen lists all access groups configured for the selected site.
Users can search for specific access groups by entering search terms into the search bar.
Users can create new access groups for this by clicking the Add new group button.
Access Group
Clicking on an access group name will open the detailed access group page where users can view and edit the access group properties.
Changes made to the access group configuration will automatically synchronise down to the site clients installed at the site.
Access groups can be deleted by clicking the Delete access group button.
Properties
The properties tab shows the name, description, and whether operatives assigned this access group have the anti-passback check disabled.
Access
The access tab shows the shows the configured zones and access periods that an operative assigned to this access group will have entry to.
Adding access entries
Clicking the Add an entry button will prompt to select both a Zone and an Access Period. Adding an entry will grant operatives assigned this access group access into the selected zone during the selected access period.
Updating access entries
Clicking an existing entry will prompt with the configured Zone and Access Period. Updating the zone and/or access period will affect operative access to zones.
