We’ve included this user guide for reference during your journey. However, it’s primarily the responsibility of the Organisation Administrator to invite their operatives onto the Portal. Users working for the Principal Contractor organisation will need to be added as operatives to complete the pre-enrolment themselves. This process will be explained during the implementation of your Biosite Portal.
There are two ways to add an operative to the Biosite Portal. Users - Admin creates an operative account & Users - Admin creates a new user without an email address provide detailed instructions on how to do this.
When adding operatives to the Portal, you have the opportunity to input known information and qualifications for each individual before they begin their Online Induction. The guide Users - Adding qualifications via the portal provides step-by-step instructions for this process. While it is not mandatory, it can be helpful for operatives who may encounter difficulties uploading their details.
The remaining operative data collection can be completed by the operative, the Organisation Admin, or both, depending on the Principal Contractor’s requirements. Any videos, quizzes, etc., must be completed by the operatives to achieve 100% completion. Please note that some inductions require competency cards to be manually verified by site management teams to achieve 100% completion.
