Why isn't my CSCS card being accepted?

When adding your CSCS Alliance Card as a qualification, pay close attention to the following details:

• Select the correct Alliance Scheme:
  • Ensure you choose the appropriate Alliance Scheme when adding your card. Different schemes exist, and selecting the right one is crucial for accurate verification.
• Enter the correct card number:
  • Double-check that you’ve entered the correct card number from your CSCS-logoed card. Accuracy matters during the verification process.

We’ve received feedback from users who mistakenly uploaded CSCS logoed cards as CSCS cards. For example, a black ECS card is not the same as a black CSCS card. While the CSCS logo appears on all Alliance cards, the underlying scheme differs significantly. Verifying the correct scheme is essential.
