The first step in administering your Biosite System Portal as the Principal Contractor is to Configuration - Users - Create a new Portal Admin account. You will need to set up Portal Admin accounts with various permission levels. These levels may have been agreed upon during the implementation phase of setting up your Portal, in consultation with your internal Biosite Champion (the person who manages Biosite for your company).
