If power has tripped onsite it can take some time for our Site PC (servers) to come back on line. The Site PC reboots faster than the network it is connected to. If there is no cloud connection after the power connection has come back online, the Site PC needs to be rebooted.
Step by Step for rebooting Site PC
- Once power is back on and network is established via the router, reboot of our server should make it automatically connect to our network and establish cloud connection.
- Top right hand corner of the Site PC, there is a power button. If you click on the power button an option to Reboot will appear.
- Once the reboot option has been selected this should bring the Site PC back online
