Turnstiles - Troubleshooting - Unplugged cables & plugs turned off – Biosite Systems

A common reason why Biosite Systems turnstiles may go offline are caused by unplugged cables to the site PC.

Common faults

Unplugged RJ45 cables

Unplugged power supplies for switches

Ensure all plug switches are turned on.

Site PC’s have battery back up for fire roll call reasons. But the switches and other equipment have separate power supplies.
