Permissions in the app
Within the app each feature is permission controlled, and within each feature the identification methods are permission controlled. The permissions are linked to user log ins.

Configuring permissions
The permissions are linked to the user log in. Depending on the configured permissions, the user may not have access to certain app features. If the user does not have permissions to carry out a task, then the option will not be available when logged into the app.
User roles can be set up to make the process easier. For information on how to user roles, refer to users roles.
The permissions for the mobile app can be configured by:
- Access the Biosite portal and navigate to the relevant user profile.
- Select the 'General permissions' tab.
- Navigate to the 'Biosite Mobile app' section.
- Configure desired permissions.
- Click 'Save'.
