Spot checking
Once an operative has been identified, a match pop-up will appear. This pop-up provides a summary of the operative's profile, from here the user can access the operative profile.
Steps:
- Identify operative, using the 'Manage operatives' section, on the site welcome screen.
- Review the match pop-up.
- Tap 'VIEW PROFILE', to see a detailed view of the operative profile.
Access control (clock in and clock out)
Once an operative has been identified, a match pop-up will appear. This pop-up provides a summary of the operative's profile in relation to access control. It also indicates whether the operative is in the holding pen and should be denied site access. If the operative is in the holding pen, their zone movement is not restricted to ensure data accuracy.
Steps:
- Identify operative, using the 'Manage operatives' section, on the site welcome screen.
- Review the match pop-up.
- Tap 'VIEW PROFILE', to see a detailed view of the operative profile.
- Tap the zone name that you want to move the operative to.
