Match pop-up
Once an operative is successfully identified using one of the three methods, a pop-up is displayed, which is called the match pop-up.
The match pop-up displays the operative's name, organisation and photo with a summary focused on access control. It indicates whether the operative is in the holding pen and provides the reasons for this status.
Additionally, the match pop-up enables users to clock the operative in or out (access control). It also provides information about the operative's most recent entry or exit from the designated clock in/out zones.
For information on how to configure clock-in and clock-out zones, refer to configuring clock in and clock out zones.
