Site auto clock-out

The online portal can now be configured to perform operative auto clock-out functionality for sites, supporting both auto clock-out at a specific time of day or after a period of inactivity.

This feature enables sites using only the Biosite mobile app to automatically clock-out operatives.

Users viewing the site holding pen can now view a summary of the configured rules and zones.

Operative online induction progress summary

When viewing operative online induction progress, the progress will now indicate that the operative is still required to complete mandatory private fields. Private fields are visible to only to an operative so administrators were previously unable to observer whether these fields had been completed.

Fixes and Improvements

• When creating an operative user account with an email address that is already in use by other user accounts of the online portal, where possible, information about these existing user accounts will be displayed.
• When selecting a card in the operative online induction, a link has been to the CSCS Alliance of recognised CSCS and partner cards to aid operatives selecting the correct scheme/card for automatic card validation.
• Operatives can now skip through previously completed valid steps of the online induction.
• Fixed issue where the holding pen for a site could show failed access requirements for another site an operative was inducted on.
• Fixed an issue where operatives could bypass the configured minimum slide time on a slide show on newer browsers.
• Improved the performance of load the operative list page when many training classes exist on the portal.
• Fixed an issue that meant if an operative's profile couldn't be saved due to a conditionally mandatory field still being required even when not configure against a tab.
