Users - Inviting operatives to specific sites

Enrolling operatives to specific sites will assign outstanding training courses configured on that site to the operative. However, sometimes you want an operative to complete outstanding training courses without being enrolled on the site and using up a site licence slot. 

To support this Biosite allows operatives to be invited to complete the outstanding training courses without being enrolled on site. 

Open the user’s profile by going to Users > Select organisation > Select operative.

Once on the operative’s profile open the sites section. This section shows all sites the operative is enrolled on and invited to. To invite an operative to complete outstanding training courses, simply click the Invite to another site button below the table.

Once an operative is invited to a specific site their outstanding training requirements appear in the Training Hub.
