Sites - Using the operative signup QR code

This guide has been created to help our customers who are using the operative signup QR code on sites. 

Access to the feature can be enabled by contacting your Biosite Account Manager. Once enabled follow the instructions below to download your site-specific operative signup QR code.

Sites > Site administration > Operative signup link

After an operative has attended the site, scanned this QR code and completed the induction, they will need to be assigned to an organisation.

To allocate an operative to the correct organisation, either add them to your site using your Site PC and selecting the correct organisation, or follow the steps below to find their profile in the online portal.

Users > Use induction code > Enter the operative's induction code > Edit account (below their profile image) > Select the correct organisation in the drop-down > Save
