Wireless Fire Alarm - Fire Tablet - how to use

Follow the below instruction to active your fire alarm system on site, using the Biosite Fire Tablet.

Connect the tablet to the fire alarm.

Transit Mode

To prevent activation in transit Biosite Fire Alarm Systems are delivered in a dormant mode known as Transit mode

To activate the device connect the fire alarm to the tablet with the Male Mini USB-B to Male USB-A cable

Activate Fire Alarm

Set the unit to Active mode. Confirm the dialog box Yes. The unit will now reboot.

Set the unit to Transit mode. Confirm the dialog box Yes. The unit will power down and can be stored safely.
