Deleting portal & organisation administrators - 8.171.0 (28/09/2023)

It is now possible to delete both portal administrators and organisation administrators. It is also possible to delete part of an account. For example a user that is an Operative and also an Administrator can have the administrator rights deleted.

To do this go to the Main menu and select Users and navigate to the users organisation

Use the Search Bar to find the Operative in the list and click the operatives name

Click Edit Account and then Delete account. Three options will display

Delete Everything 

Completely removes the account. Removes access to the Biosite Systems Biosite portal and site PC as well as all other types of account. Will prevent clocking-in to all Biosite Systems sites.

Operative account

Removes the operative profile, including all qualifications and training records, as well as preventing clocking-in to all Biosite Systems construction sites.

Organisation administrator or Portal administrator

Removes subcontractor/User access for managing Biosite Systems Ltd operatives.

Select the appropriate choice and click Continue

Confirm Delete 

Tick the check box to confirm that you understand that this operation cannot be undone.

Click Confirm Delete 

The User list will display again. Use search bar to look for the operative as required
