Deleting portal & organisation administrators - 8.170.1 (15/09/2023)

It is now possible to delete both portal administrators and organisation administrators.

To do this navigate to the Users page and select either Portal admins or Organisation admins. This will display a list of all the Portal admins or Organisation admins that have been set up on the system.

Select the user name of the administrator you wish to delete and click Delete account. You will be warned that this process can not be undone and that all records will also be deleted. Check the checkbox if you understand and agree and click the Red Confirm Delete account button to confirm the deletion.

The account has now been deleted permanently and can not be recovered
