Only issue briefings to operatives recently on site - 8.164.0 (28/06/2023)

Briefings can be filtered to only be issued to operatives that meet the defined criteria, and who were on site specific sites recently

To do this Create Your Briefing 

Once you have created your briefing you can then set the attendee criteria. This can be operatives who have answered certain custom fields in a certain way and also from particular organisations or when they have been seen at site or sites.

Custom Field Selection

Example shows selecting anyone who has answered 'carpenter' in the trade custom field

Selecting by Organisation

Example shows selecting specific people from a specific organisation

Select by seen at site

The choices are 

• Issue to everyone on site today
• Recently seen operatives to exclude people who have not been to site for a period of time
• Do not check sends the briefing to all people regardless of when last seen

The example below selects carpenters who work for a specific company who have worked on two different sites.
