Site license warnings now in site operatives page - 8.161.0 (24/05/2023)

Site license information is now highlighted in the Site operative page, If you are near a license user limit or expiry date, a notification will now be displayed at the top of the page.

Note if the site license has been exceeded then the notification message will change into a waring and the 'Add operatives to site' button will be disabled.
