Fire roll call 

In case of an emergency the mobile app generates a list of operatives currently on site, allows the user to identify them and then move them to the clock-out zone.

To initiate a fire roll call:

1. Tap 'Start Fire Roll Call', on the site welcome screen.
2. A list is displayed of operatives who are currently on site.
3. Identify operatives via one of the three identification methods.
4. Once identified, tap 'SELECT' to add the operative to the selection list (multiple operatives can be selected.)
5. Tap 'MOVE N OUTSIDE' to move the operatives to the default outside zone (clock out zone.)

The Biosite mobile app allows multiple users to log in from the same site and conduct a fire roll call.

When you first load the fire roll call, it shows an initial list of operatives who were on site at that moment.

To ensure that this list stays current and reflects any changes (like new arrivals or departures), you have two options:

1. Tap the refresh icon located at the top of the screen.
2. Swipe down on the screen.

Both actions will refresh the list, updating it with the most recent information.

Verifying the operative's identity

To confirm an operatives identity, the profile of the operative can be viewed by tapping the profile icon on the name tile.

Filter operatives

Filter by organisation

Users can filter the list of operatives to one or more selected organisations.

1. Tap the 'Organisations' filter chip at the top of the operative list.
2. Organisations registered on the current site are displayed with an indication of the current number of operatives from each organisation currently on site.
3. Select individual organisations to filter to, or tap the multi-select button to add one or more organisations to the filter.
4. When filtering is applied, each selected organisation will be listed at the top of the operative list and the list will show operatives from the selected organisations.
5. Organisation filtering can be removed by tapping on the appropriate filter chip.

Filtering by zone

Users can filter the list of operatives to one or more selected zones.

1. Tap the 'Zones' filter chip at the top of the operative list.
2. All zones created on the current site are displayed with an indication of the current number of operatives within each zone currently on site.
3. Select individual zones to filter to, or tap the multi-select button to add one or more zones to the filter.
4. When zones filtering is applied, each selected zone will be listed at the top of the operative list and the list will show operatives from the selected organisations.
5. Zone filtering can be removed by tapping on the appropriate filter chip.
