Complete fields with site-specific answers when adding a site operative - 8.160.0 (10/05/2023)

It is now possible to select a site specific answer to a custom field when adding users to site via the portal.

To do this go to the User Menu and select Site Operatives 

Click Add operatives to site and select the organisation that the operative belongs to

The operative must have completed the online induction to use this feature. Operatives who meet this threshold will display in blue writing. Click the operatives name in blue writing. This will open the form that allows the administrator to complete the form to add the operative to site.

Fill in the form appropriately 

Any Site Specific questions will appear in the section at the bottom of the form titled Other site information

Select the appropriate answer for this site only and click Add operatives to site

Repeat the process for each new operative
