Create site specific inductions online - 8.158.0 (13/04/2023)

Since the release of  version 8.158.0 it is now possible to create site specific inductions.

To create a site specific induction go to the training section and add a new course including any videos and or documents that operatives will need to see in order to complete the site specific induction. Name the course as 'Site X Site Specific Induction' and make sure the course material is available online.

This guide details the steps necessary; Create a new training course (portal)

Go to All Tools select Training and then select Site inductions then select Add a site 

A list of available sites will appear, select the appropriate site  

Name the Site Specific Induction and set the Access Control either 'Required for Access' or 'No Consequence'

Click  Content and then click Add content. A search bar will appear, use it to find the course created at the beginning of this guide. 

Click Save
