Access control - Reports - generating a list of issued report cards

The reports card page contains filters which can be set to change which report cards display.

By default the page displays reports cards that haven't expired and have the Access control consequence = "Issuing site with 'All sites option'".

• In the Portal, navigate to Access Control > Report Cards.

• For the Report card filters click on Settings
• The list of available filters will display.

Access control consequence

• To filter the Access control consequence, click on Access control consequence.
• To remove the pre-selected consequence from the filter click on the x next to the consequence.
• To add more consequences to the filter click on the drop down and select.
• To stop filtering by consequence untick the Filter by consequence box.
• To apply the filter click on the tick icon.

To return to the main filter menu click on the << icon at the top.

Dates

• To filter by Issue Date click Issue Date, select the date you would like.
• To change the Expiry date filter, click on Expiry Date - select the option you would like
• Once done to apply the filter click on the tick icon at the top.

Issuing site

• To filter by issuing site click Issuing site
• Tick the Filter by Site box
• Select the site from the dropdown - to select all sites click on the 3 dots next to the dropdown list and Select All.

Organisation

• To filter by organisation site click Organisation.
• Tick the Filter by Organisation box.
• Select the organisation from the dropdown - to select all organisations click on the 3 dots next to the dropdown list and Select All.

Report Card

• To filter by report card site click Report card.
• Tick the Filter by card type box.
• Select the report card from the dropdown - to select all report cards click on the 3 dots next to the dropdown list and Select All.

• Once all your filters are set and you have applied them by clicking on the tick icon, the settings pop up will collapse and display the report cards as per your selected filters.
