Operative self sign up - 8.154.0 (16/02/2023)

We have added the ability for operatives to self sign up and complete their induction from v8.154.0

The QR code can be accessed in the Site Administration section.

Sites > Site Administration > Select your site

• The QR Code can be printed by clicking on the QR code
• The QR code link can be shared with operatives- there will be no need to scan the QR code if the link is shared.

When the QR code is scanned, the operative will be directed to the sign up page as shown below

• Operatives who self sign up will be added to an organisation called "No organisation assigned"
• The organisation name will be updated at the time of registration at the site.
• The system will then move the account from No organisation assigned" to the assigned one when registered at site.

• Operatives with no organisation are included in both the Enterprise and Site specific online induction reports.
