Merge an operative account to an existing admin account - 8.151.0 (09/01/2023)

We have added the option to merge administrator accounts with operative accounts allowing for single sign on. This will allow portal admins to view their online induction within the same account.

To view the merge option:

• Edit the operative account.
• If the operative email address and organisation matches the portal admin email address  and organisation you will have a 'Transfer operative to this other account' button.
• If clicked this merges the 2 accounts.

Once merged to view the online induction

Click Training > Training Hub

Benefits

• This change will benefit admins as they will only need one login for both induction and admin tasks
