Users - exporting operative data

This function allows you to export all information regarding an operative. You should ensure you have a lawful basis for exporting and processing operative data. You should ensure that you store any exported data securely. You warrant that any actions you take through this interface are compliant with relevant data protection law. Export requests are logged.

• In the Portal select Users from the Dashboard menu then select Operative Search

• Enter two or more fields to use to identify the operative you are looking for
• Click search bottom right

•  To export an operative's details click on the Export Icon shown below

• Select the format you would like the operative's data.
• The data will download
