Welcome to the Support Hub

The Support Hub is where you come to raise support tickets for Biosite. It's also where you can read our guides and articles, available through the links below. You can also use the search box to quickly find something specific.

To raise a support ticket, select Submit a request from the top right of any screen. You have the option to create an account on the Support Hub by tapping "Sign in", and then the "Sign up" link on the sign in panel. Any tickets you create after signing in will be visible in future by tapping on your username at the top right of the screen, and selecting "My Activities".
